Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment

At COR Health, we offer a variety of Behavioral Health Services, customized to meet the needs of each individual client. We take the time to assess varying factors, including age and medical diagnosis. COR Health works with clients and their families to determine a plan of care that is individualized to provide optimal outcomes.

COR Health Behavioral Health Services provides unique rewards and challenges. Each COR Health professional has extensive experience in the special challenges and rewards associated with providing care within the community.

Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment

Often times in life we become aware that either as adults or as parents of a youth, there are challenges which emotionally we are struggling with more than we would like to and need assistance.  

A Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment is a perfect tool, conducted by a state licensed mental health clinician, to help discern, diagnose what is going on and provide recommendations to choose from on how to improve and stabilize the symptoms.  

The Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment is a one-time annual service.

These assessments are formal mental health assessments, which will determine if there is a diagnosable condition existing and make recommendations for any treatment or services that may provide assistance.  

COR Health also provides Vineland-3 assessments to determine Adaptive Functioning abilities.  

Both types of assessments are often utilized to determine appropriateness and level of other helping services.  

These services are covered by MaineCare and other private insurance.
